– All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
– All products will be posted via Australia Post using Standard Satchels or Parcel Post where appropriate
– Products will be packaged and sent on either of the following days – Wednesdays and Fridays
– Postage times are not expressed and are dependant on delivery address and the postal service at the time.
– Signature on Delivery is not provided unless requested or we feel it is necessary on a case by case basis, in which case tracking details will be provided via email supplied.
– Tracking can be provided on request
– Express post, where requested, will be sent next business day (Tuesday PM to Friday PM) in which case delivery times are the responsibility of the postal service and AOS is not liable for delivery times.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
All warranties are honoured and all goods found to be faulty within the manufacturers warranties may be returned for full refund or exchange/credit.
Freight charges are then the responsibility of the customer. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to AOS by email before returning goods.
All goods returned for any reason other than faults must be in as-new-condition. An exchange/credit for the full amount of the goods will be issued. All freight charges incurred are then the responsibility of the purchaser and a 5 percent re-stocking fee will be charged. Notification of the need to return goods must be made to AOS before goods are returned.
Goods damaged in transport must be returned to AOS for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange supplied. Freight charges are then the responsibility of the customer. Notification of the need to return goods must be made to AOS before goods are returned.
